What did I learn on the streets during NYFW this year? After all we will be wearing the trends seen here in the season to come and most of the time there is a chance that we may be able to actually track down and buy these pieces. Anyway back to my life lessons – White is hot, shirts will remain a staple in my wardrobe in all seasons, Black is also hot for Spring, Red and blush pink may be additions to my usual grey, white, black and neutral color scheme as they go so well with denim, Birks are still happening, I don’t care how many amazingly stylish people wear platforms especially of the rubber variety I will never cave and the last if you don’t own a midi you are missing some serious easy and fashionable moments when you slip one on.

This week is set to be crazy as we prep for the gown(brown)low and whilst its going to be fun to get my glam on with my dream team Lana, Jade and Angie I am still most comfortable in the smart casual zone. This is my last one so going out with a bang with my above lessons in mind.
